Art can be used as a powerful tool to assist us in our search for spiritual and emotional fulfilment. When we express through the use of our hands and body, we can often find that our inner world has meaning and guidance, which we may want to explore further.
Sometimes we can find it hard to express or understand our feelings, or we can often feel that we have done too much 'talking' about a particular issue in our lives. When this is the case, art can help us access our subconscious mind to express our deeper emotions by using colour, shape, form and texture or simply by using words.
